Yes. You may checkout the Calendar at our Website: https://www.mumcare.com.my and make booking. The rental period are minimum 5 days. The selected rental period does not start until you receive your Breast Pump or UV Steriliser.
You will get the Breast Pump in whole set including machine ,tube & Funnel . The parts will be changed every 3 months and sterilized after receive return pump from others mummy.
You will be charged the full rental payment, including shipping, for your pump on the day that it is reserved. If your booking slot is more than 2 weeks away, you may pay a deposit of rm30 to secure the slot first. The remainder payment shall be made before delivery.
The RM30 deposited are non-refundable. However, if you have any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service and we will resolve your concerns case to case basis.
Yes. We strongly suggest mummy to book the slot 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Hands-on pumps are always fully booked as we have limited units. Mummy may pay the booking fee of RM30 to secure the booking and contact us after postnatal.

Standard orders are processed within 2 business days and arrive Expedited orders placed Monday-Friday before 7pm Malaysia time will ready for pickup /ship on next working days. and arrive within 3 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 7pm Malaysia Time and weekend and holiday orders will ship next business day and arrive within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
We would strongly suggest you to pick up your pump within our operating hours as our team will be available to support in case if there are issues or concerns. However, if you prefer self-pick-up after working hours or during the weekends, please contact us to make necessary arrangements.
A tracking number will be delivered to the email address or WhatsApp you listed during checkout, use this to find out the details of your shipment. If, for any reason, there seems to be an issue with the shipment please contact us directly at +6016 3256713. We will assist you in either tracking your current shipment or expediting another breast pump or UV steriliser to you.
You may self-arrange on your own or you can have us to arrange a reverse pick up for you with a service charge of RM10 within Peninsular Malaysia only. During the return transit period, if the package is lost or damaged, the lessee is responsible for the cost of the rent unit. Please send us a picture of the packaging for our reference prior to return delivery.
Opps sorry mummy! Currently we are only ship to Peninsular Malaysia due to shipment issue.
Please find our service team by phone or WhatsApp +6016 3256713. Our team will assist you through everything from breast pump or UV steriliser setup, to troubleshooting additional problems. If, for any reason, we can’t resolve the issue we will replace another breast pump or UV steriliser to you.
You can decide at any time to keep your pump for additional days. Simply login to your account at: https://www.mumcare.com.my. Click on the Purchase History button where you will find the option and reorder to Extend Rental. Complete the checkout and our service team will contact you to confirm the extension period.
As your breast pump return date nears, you will receive email notifications at the email address and contact number you provided during checkout. You can also login anytime to your account https://www.mumcare.com.my and access your Purchase History to get the information for your rental period.
