Please read through our Rental Terms & Conditions carefully prior to engaging in our services. These Terms & Conditions will be enforced on all orders with no exceptions.
Collection Methods & Appointments
Customers can choose from self-pickup or delivery. We can help arrange delivery via Grab, Lalamove, or courier services ( J&T, Poslaju, DHL, etc.) . Or Self collect using a third party, ensure the pumps are transported safely. For further delivery information, contact us on WhatsApp at +6016 3256713.
Rental Period
Our standard rental period is a minimum of 5 days. Extensions are allowed, either at the time of booking or afterward, depending on item availability. Any rental period longer than 5 days will incur an extension fee, automatically calculated during checkout. The listed price covers a 5-day period; this is not a daily rate.
Bookings & payment
Reservations will confirm only after we receive the Payment/Deposit. Payments can be made via E-wallet or bank transfer . The booking deposit must be made within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your item. By paying, you agree to Mumcare Breastpump's terms and conditions.
Deposit Details
Booking Deposit: An initial RM30 deposit (for early bookings) reserves your item, with the balance due before delivery. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Balance Payment: For early bookings, the remaining balance is due one day before pickup. We will send a reminder a day in advance.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit to ensure the safe return of rental items. It will be refunded within 5 business days of item return in good condition and can be used to cover delivery, extension fees, or other charges if needed.
Delivery & Refunds
Delivery will be arranged after full payment is received. Refunds on the security deposit will be issued within 7 business days upon the return of the breast pump in good condition. If your refund is delayed, please contact +6016 3256713.
