1. I am New Mummy. How can I choose the Suitable Pump?

2. Can I choose the Rental Start Date and How Does it Work?
Yes. You may checkout the Calendar from rental page and make booking. The rental period are minimum 5 days. The selected rental period does not tart until you receive your Breast Pump or UV Steriliser
Please contact us once you receive the rental Breastpump , we will update the receiving date manually.
3. May I know the Breast pump only machine? I am concern about the Hygiene’s of Breast Pump.
You will get the Breast Pump in whole set including machine ,tube & Funnel . The parts will be changed every 3 months and sterilized after receive return pump from others mummy.
4. When can I expect to pay for my rental pump after selected rental date?
You will be charged the full rental payment, including shipping, for your pump on the day that it is reserved. If you need to book the breastpump early - 1 weeks from delivery date away, you may pay a deposit of rm30 to secure the slot first. The remainder payment shall be made before delivery.
5. Can I get a refund on my pump if I chose my own start date and then change my mind?
The RM30 deposited are non-refundable. However, if you have any difficulties, please contact our Customer Service and we will resolve your concerns case to case basis.
6. I am still pregnant, can I make booking of the Breast Pump?
Yes. We strongly suggest mummy to book the slot 1-2 months in advance to avoid disappointment. Hands-on pumps are always fully booked as we have limited units. Mummy may pay the booking fee of RM30 to secure the booking and contact us after postnatal.
7. What if my baby arrives earlier than expected and I need my pump sooner than my scheduled ship date?
Not a problem! Contact our service team via WhatsApp +6016 3256713 or email aftersales.babyparenting@gmail.com to change your shipment date. You may change it as needed with terms & Condition at no additional cost.
Delivery
1. How long does it take to get my breast pump or UV steriliser?
Standard orders will process within 1 business days before 4PM Malaysia time .Breastpump Delivery take 1-3 days depends on the delivery Method. For Self Pickup, please check with us for an arrangement.
For order confirmed after 4PM , delivery will arrange on next 1-2 Business Day.. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Can I pickup/return on my own after working hours or WEEKDEND?
We would strongly suggest you to pick up your pump within our operating hours as our team will be available to support in case if there are issues or concerns. However, if you prefer self-pick-up after working hours or during the weekends, please contact us to make necessary arrangements.
3. What do I do if my pump or UV steriliser was never delivered?
A tracking number will be delivered to the email address or WhatsApp you listed during checkout, use this to find out the details of your shipment. If, for any reason, there seems to be an issue with the shipment please contact us directly at +6016 3256713. We will assist you in either tracking your current shipment or expediting another breast pump or UV steriliser to you.
4. How do I ship my breast pump or UV steriliser back?
You may self-arrange on your own or you can have us to arrange a reverse pick up for you with a delivery charge within Peninsular Malaysia only. During the return transit period, if the package is lost or damaged, the lessee is responsible for the cost of the rent unit. Please send us a picture of the packaging for our reference prior to return delivery.
5. Are you ship to East Malaysia?
Opps sorry mummy! Currently we are only ship to Peninsular Malaysia due to shipment issue.
After receive Pump
1. What do I do if my breast pump or UV sterliser doesn't work?
Please find our service team by phone or WhatsApp +6016 3256713. Our team will assist you through everything from breast pump or UV steriliser setup, to troubleshooting additional problems. If, for any reason, we can’t resolve the issue we will replace another breast pump or UV steriliser to you.
2. How do I keep my pump if I need it longer?
You can decide at any time to keep your pump for additional days. Just inform us for extend the rental period.
3. How I know when to ship my breast or UV sterilisers pump back?
We will notify you before the return date for the returning pump.
4. Can I buy my rent unit breast pump or UV steriliser?
The unit renting now is only for rental purpose. We have selling some pump please feel free to check out available model from Website.
